We are a Mumbai-based Audio Visual and Office Technology firm (Part of Elite Copier Solutions Pvt Ltd.) , providing end-to-end AV conferencing, collaboration, and presentation solutions to enterprise and government clients.
We specialize in design, integration, and support of AV systems — including displays, audio processors, cameras, control systems, and collaboration software.
We are now expanding our AV Sales & Integration vertical, and looking for a Business Head to lead it as an independent P&L.
Role Description
You will lead the AV Sales & Integration business — from opportunity generation to project delivery.
This includes managing OEM relationships, leading solution sales, ensuring profitable project execution, and mentoring a cross-functional team of sales engineers, design specialists, and service staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L for AV Integration vertical (Revenue, Margin, CCC).
- Develop business in corporate, education, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain OEM and distributor relationships (Logitech, Crestron, Barco, Poly, Peoplelink, Cisco, Bose, LG, Samsung, etc.).
- Lead a team of Sales Managers and Solution Engineers .
- Conduct requirement gathering, site visits, and create solution proposals (BOM + design + presentation).
- Coordinate tender participation (GeM and private), pre-bid clarifications, documentation, and margin control.
- Oversee project execution in coordination with technical & service teams.
- Maintain quality and margin through structured Deal Desk & pricing guardrails .
- Review pipeline, forecast accuracy, and delivery milestones weekly.
- Ensure smooth client handover and AMC initiation post project completion.
- Drive recurring business through AMCs and upgrades.
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Must - Have
5 + years of experience in AV / UC / Collaboration industry .Strong track record in solution selling and project integration .Proven OEM / distributor coordination (Crestron, Poly, Logitech, Barco, Peoplelink, Cisco, etc.).Experience handling enterprise & government clients (tenders or RFPs).Understanding of project costing, BOQ creation, margin calculation, and cash flow .Strong leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Technical understanding of AV systems (switching, audio DSPs, control processors, displays).Nice - to - Have
Experience in AV system design or project management .Familiarity with AVaaS (AV-as-a-Service) or AMC-based revenue models .Exposure to GeM / Govt. eProcurement platforms .Key Competencies
