Job description

We are hiring for the following time slots-

6 PM - 1 AM with an hour Break

3 AM - 7 AM

5 PM - 12 AM with an hour Break

About TalentGum -

TalentGum is a leading e-learning platform launched in 2021 that aspires to transform the scope of extra-curricular education globally by encouraging the holistic development of children. The platform offers a multitude of expert-curated live-online courses such as dance, music, public speaking, art, and chess that is taught by subject-matter experts. These courses are specially designed to maximize the learning of children in the age group of 4 to 14. Responsibilities :

Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online
Ensure that students enjoy the course!
Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.
Conduct group and private lessons as required.
Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications / Experience required :

Formal education in English and good experience in speaking.

Strong subject knowledge

Relevant working experience (3+ years)

Requirements :

Good English & Hindi Communication Skills

Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory)

Must have a proper functioning Laptop / Desktop

Must have access to strong internet services

Experience in online teaching

Should be available for classes on Sunday.

Engages students in learning

Passion for making learning fun!

Bachelor's or Master's in English is PREFERRED.

Salary structure for Normal Hours slots (6 PM - 9 PM)

1-25 Sessions : Rs. 125 / - per session + Rs.75 / - per demo

26-60 Sessions : Rs.150 / - per session + Rs.100 / - per demo

61- 80 Sessions : Rs. 200 / - per session + Rs.125 / - per demo

81& above Session : Rs. 250 / - per session + Rs. 150 / - per demo

Salary structure for Middle East slots (9 PM - 1 AM)

1-25 Sessions : Rs. 165 / - per session + Rs.80 / - per demo

26-60 Sessions : Rs.200 / - per session + Rs.100 / - per demo

61- 80 Sessions : Rs. 250 / - per session + Rs.125 / - per demo

81& above Session : Rs. 300 / - per session + Rs. 150 / - per demo

Salary structure for Morning slots ( 3 AM - 7 AM)

1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200 / - per session + Rs.100 / - per demo

26-60 Sessions : Rs.250 / - per session + Rs.125 / - per demo

61- 80 Sessions : Rs. 300 / - per session + Rs.150 / - per demo

81& above Session : Rs. 350 / - per session + Rs. 175 / - per demo
