Job Description :
As a People & Culture Lead primary roles & responsibility is involving IPEC’s HR management system in terms of People & Culture professional to drive culture, diversity & inclusion, talent management, employee engagement, recruitment, and the full employee life cycle.
Experience :
- Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience with respect to above description.
- Act as culture ambassador, aligning people practices with company values.
- Design and drive D&I initiatives, awareness programs, and workshops.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and complete employee life cycle.
- Oversee talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Lead employee engagement, branding, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
- Run surveys and feedback sessions, translating insights into action.
- Preference : Manufacturing Industry
Knowledge
Proven success in D&I and employee engagement programs.Excellent communication and people skills.Education : MBA in HR or related field.
Skills : HRMS, MS office – Excel, Word, PPT
