With over 25 years of collective experience, Poetry Designs provides comprehensive services under one roof, enhancing the quality of design, planning, execution, and coordination.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, Cold calling sales leads, regular follow-ups with the prospects, assisting clients with their inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and generating sales reports. The role also involves offering training to new sales team members and managing overall sales strategies to ensure growth and client satisfaction. Other responsibilities include commercial discussions, client onboarding, client servicing and coordination.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in villa / apartment and plot sales
  • Exposure working for a design studio is a plus
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A good track record of successful sales career
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus
