Finance Manager

At OnlineMed , we’re building the fastest, most reliable, and most trusted way to get a doctor’s note — anywhere in the world. What started with a simple problem (“why is this so hard to get?”) is turning into a product millions will rely on.

We’re looking for a Finance Manager who will own our finances end-to-end . This is not a passive reporting role. You’ll take full command of our books, cash, and forecasts — ensuring that leadership always knows, to the penny, where we stand and where we’re going.

What You’ll Do

Keep the books perfectly accurate — daily reconciliations, zero sloppiness.

Maintain real-time visibility into cash, working capital, and runway.

Build and own forecasts, salary caps, and hiring budgets.

Track every dollar : where it is, where it’s going, and why.

Set up the right systems, dashboards, and tools for 24 / 7 clarity.

Work with our CPA on tax strategy and compliance.

Manage payroll, invoices, and upcoming obligations — no surprises.

Provide weekly finance reports and actionable insights to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

You’ve been the financial backbone of a startup or high-growth company.

Extreme attention to detail

Strong grasp of both bookkeeping and forward-looking financial planning.

Skilled with accounting + finance tools (QuickBooks / Xero, Ramp, Gusto, etc.).

Owner mindset : proactive, accountable, and always ahead of the curve.
