Standardize workflows and drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy. Use operational metrics, feedback loops, and service data to continuously improve delivery. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, service excellence, and innovation. 8–15 years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Experience roles. 3–5 years in a managerial role leading an HR team. Proven success in building scalable HR systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

This is a key position for someone who excels in ambiguity, takes ownership without waiting for instruction, and leads with clarity and presence of mind.
- Develop and implement core HR strategies : onboarding, policy guidance, performance management, and lifecycle support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
