If you're a visionary with a knack for building meaningful alliances, join us in driving the strategic direction of digital finance.

You need to be a HODLer of these :

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or business operations .
• Demonstrated success in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ; ability to interpret data, build dashboards / reports, and provide actionable insights (SQL knowledge preferred).
• Proven experience collaborating with and presenting to senior leadership teams .
• Background in high-growth or scaling environments , with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills , with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate insights into clear, persuasive narratives for leadership.
• Highly organized, process-oriented , and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments .
