Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Project Manager to lead and oversee on-ground B2B project sales and client operations . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in field-based selling, project coordination, and client relationship management with builders, architects, contractors, and OEM clients. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, technical understanding of door manufacturing, and project execution capability to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
  • Manage end-to-end project sales lifecycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to order fulfillment and collection.
  • Visit and build long-term relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and OEM clients across assigned regions.
  • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings to promote company offerings.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and project contracts while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Track project progress, client feedback, and payment collection to ensure smooth closure.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data on leads, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM and Excel tools.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B field sales or project management experience in doors manufacturing, real estate, interiors, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale client projects from inquiry to completion.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong coordination and time management abilities to handle multiple ongoing projects.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Mumbai, Pune, and Navi Mumbai regions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ( MBA preferred ).
