Lead COST manual tester

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Testing Engineer to anchor our test strategy and execution within the COST team. You will design and implement test plans simulating customer environments, ensure issue resolution, and serve as a technical mentor for the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the design and execution of real-world customer scenarios across hybrid environments.
• Build test labs using virtual machines, cloud resources, and physical hardware.
• Reproduce and troubleshoot high-complexity customer issues in close collaboration with support and product teams.
• Define testing strategy and lead test cases development.
• Serve as the go-to technical leader for customer-centric testing and integration validation.
