Key Responsibilities
Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements
Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with ROC and other authorities
Support preparation and conduct of Board and Committee meetings and maintain minutes
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors as required
Coordinate with internal teams on corporate governance and compliance matters
Assist in drafting policies, notices, resolutions, and reports
Ensure timely filings of annual returns, forms, and other statutory documents
Support management in corporate legal, secretarial, and regulatory matters
Qualifications and Skills
CS (Company Secretary) qualified or pursuing CS with 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, SEBI regulations, and other statutory compliance
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or listed companies is preferred
Proficient in MS Office and document management
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
