Your day-to-day -
Lead product strategy : Develop and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant product area.Manage a product portfolio : Oversee a portfolio of products or features, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.Drive innovation : Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, conducting market research and user analysis to validate ideas.Lead and mentor : Guide and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing direction and support.Influence stakeholders : Effectively communicate and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for product initiatives.Drive product adoption : Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and user adoption.What you need to bring -
6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.Experience managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers.Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at all levels.We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates.
