SITA - Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Docker / Kubernetes

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM :

• The Senior Infrastructure Engineer is the subject matter expert responsible for operating and implementing solutions and platforms for SITA for Aircrafts hosting infrastructure.
• As part of a global team, you will support the uptime and availability of critical customer-facing services across multiple regions.
• Additionally, you will work to create more consistent, automated environments, proactively testing and tuning all aspects of the infrastructure, monitoring, and responding to system alerts, while continually optimizing performance, security, and reliability.
• The role involves developing and executing initiatives to simplify, standardize, optimize, and automate network designs, tooling, and operations.
• This will reduce implementation cycle times, eliminate service downtime, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security and governance requirements.
• Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation will be required for escalations and troubleshooting.
