Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution : Coordinate all operational aspects of events including logistics, vendor management, registrations, venue coordination, and on-ground execution.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Liaise with venues, production teams, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Have good vendor connections for gifting purposes.
• Budget & Resource Management : Support in preparing and managing operational budgets, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost efficiency.
• On-site Management : Supervise setup, branding, AV, delegate management, and ensure smooth running show during live events.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all events follow safety regulations, permits, and compliance requirements.
• Post-event Reporting : Support in feedback collection, debriefs, and reporting to measure event success and improvements.
