Hiresquad Resources is looking for International Technical Support Executives for a leading MNC. If you have strong knowledge in Office 365, Networking, and Active Directory , excellent English communication skills, and are ready for a dynamic role, this opportunity is for you! We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates with relevant international technical support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to international customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot software / hardware issues and guide users through step-by-step solutions.
- Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Meet performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, issue resolution time, and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Technical Knowledge & Experience :Mandatory : At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Active Directory, O365, DNS, DHCP, and Networking (for experienced candidates in an International Process).Strong knowledge and experience in Active Directory, O365, EPS, Microsoft products, DNS, DHCP, RFC, and OneDrive .Communication : Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).Education : Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).Flexibility : Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.Experience Level : Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of tech support experience is preferred.Perks & Benefits
