About the role :

Are you a data-driven leader with a passion for building scalable solutions and empowering teams As a Data Science Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the development and management of internal and external data across Onecom and Onecom Partners. You'll lead a talented team of data engineers, driving technical excellence, architectural decisions, and continuous improvement. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy combining hands-on expertise with strategic leadership, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What makes you a great fit :

• 5+ years' experience in data engineering or a similar role
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modelling
• Experience with dbt, Apache Airflow, and Google BigQuery
• Familiarity with Azure and Google Cloud Platform
• Skilled in version control (Git) and CI / CD practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring and managing technical teams
• Passionate about continuous learning and innovation
