Job descriptionPrior experience in product-based startups or SaaS companies. Exposure to AI / Voice / Real-time communication platforms. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS / GCP / Azure). Experience in team leadership, sprint planning, and Agile delivery. Knowledge of DevOps practices, monitoring, and scalability optimization. Vibe Coding experience is highly preferred. Opportunity to work on a large-scale enterprise solution building. Will get exposure to the latest aspects of security, AI / ML, Business Domain, and data analytics.
Job Purpose :
Own technical decisions, ensure best practices, and guide the team in delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions for our AI driven voice platform.
Who you are :
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with leadership or mentoring exposure.
- Strong backend expertise with Node.js (JavaScript / TypeScript).
- Solid frontend experience with Angular.
- Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices.
- Hands-on with Git, Docker, and CI / CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Lead a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
- Work hands-on across the full stack : backend (Node.js / TypeScript), frontend (Angular), and databases.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time communication features.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security across applications.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, system design, and technology roadmaps.
- Drive DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines, testing, and cloud deployments (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
