Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets in terms of revenue and numbers.

2. Client Acquisition : Identify and acquire new clients, including homebuyers & investors.

3. Property Sales / Rentals : Sell / rent properties, ensuring timely closures and maximizing revenue.

4. Market Intelligence : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new developments.

5. Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

6. Sales Reporting : Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Job Description (JD)

Job Summary :

We're seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including homebuyers, investors, and developers.
  • Sell properties, ensuring timely closures and maximising revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new developments.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and expand business.

Requirements : - 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
  • People expert at making Self promotional videos and creative reels Preferred
  • Skills : - Sales and negotiation skills

  • Time management and organization skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
