Overview

Cvent is seeking a Floor Plan Designer with a strong sense of design and attention to detail to work with the Cvent Social Tables tool . This role involves implementing accurate and visually appealing floor plans based on client specifications using the Cvent CMS platform.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be adept at interpreting client needs via multiple communication channels. The role requires flexibility in working hours and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, award-winning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Plan Design & Layout Creation :
• Draft and trace client-provided floor plans using the Cvent Social Tables CMS tool .
• Requirement Analysis :
• Understand and conceptualize client requirements from various communication formats such as emails, calls (verbal / recorded), and project briefs.
• Project Execution :
• Complete all assigned projects within defined turnaround times.
• Prioritize tasks based on business needs and keep project coordinators updated.
• Provide visual summaries of completed work for client review.
• Quality Assurance :
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of designs with received instructions for optimal client satisfaction.
• Customer Experience :
• Focus on delivering high-quality, custom solutions that align with the overall Cvent ecosystem .
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Work closely with internal teams including Project Managers and Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery.
