Salesforce Technical Lead - Mumbai Location

A Salesforce technical lead is responsible for

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including developing custom solutions and interfaces.
• Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code and appropriate design patterns.
• Provide mentorship and supervise the development team.
• Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the system continually.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.
• Keep up with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities

Requirements :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 5 + years of experience working with Salesforce, with proven experience in a technical leadership role.

Certifications : Salesforce certifications such Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

Skills : Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML / CSS, Integrations, and Salesforce Lightning.
