- Create and maintain product specifications using GD&T.

- Mechanical Design Specification : Create complete specifications in the form of solid models, configured engineering bills of materials, and detailed drawings that cross-functionally communicate the information required to manufacture and inspect a product per its design intent.
- Mechanical Design Modelling and Analysis : Create CAD models in accordance with company' standards to represent architectural or product-level system design concepts, enabling system-level analyses such as Dimensional Variation Analysis and Finite Element Analysis.
- Product Configuration and Change Management : Establish a baseline of identified product artifacts for configuration management; release, track, control, and communicate changes from concept to obsolescence, maintaining the integrity of product artifact baselines.
- Mechanical Design of Mechanical Systems : Acquire and apply an in-depth understanding of mechanical systems to create innovative and sound design concepts meeting Cummins and customer expectations; design for requirements of all lifecycle stages, considering customer requirements in different operating environments to ensure a robust system.
Skills And Experience Required
B.E / BTech Mechanical or Associated Branches.2 to 5 Years.Requires some work experience and intermediate-level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.Proficiency in CREO (latest version 2D & 3D), PLM (Windchill), and Product Change Management.Hands-on experience with GD&T and a solid understanding of engineering terms.Strong interaction skills and the ability to work efficiently in cross-functional teams.Good learning ability and an understanding of various product features and their interrelationships.Knowledge of engines and their components' functionality.Skills Required
