Our U.S.-based brokerage division is expanding, and we’re hiring experienced Freight Brokers who want to grow their book of business with the backing of a full-service logistics powerhouse.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Prospect and secure new shippers using Google Maps, Apollo, , and other platforms.
Cold call, email, and network to build strong relationships with shippers and carriers.
Negotiate rates and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
Manage daily freight operations — from pickup to delivery — ensuring smooth execution and communication.
Build and maintain a reliable carrier network for consistent service quality.
Update all shipment details and documents in company systems.
Track your KPI performance and meet / exceed monthly sales targets.
Work with DAT, TMS, and CRM platforms for quoting, tracking, and client management.

💼 What You Bring

2–5 years of freight brokerage or transportation sales experience (North American lanes preferred).

A proven record of closing freight deals and managing shipper relationships.

Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in CRM, DAT, and TMS systems.

Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
