• Assist in

• by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee queries and support HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
• Help organize training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare reports and assist in payroll and attendance management.

• Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
