What will you get to work on?

As the Head of DevOps, you will :

• Build and lead a high-performing DevOps team to support global SaaS deployment at scale.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure seamless deployments and world-class uptime.
• Oversee database strategy and reliability, including scaling, backups, disaster recovery, and performance tuning across Oracle RDBMS, MS-SQL, and cloud databases
• Establish frameworks for continuous monitoring, incident response, and system reliability engineering (SRE)practices
• Be accountable for global infrastructure governance, compliance, and scalability as Osfin.ai expands across regions
