Role : Lead - SAP Recruiter

Location : Hyderabad

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SAP Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring SAP professionals across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, SAP RISE, and SAP GROW solutions, with proven experience in driving full-cycle recruitment for niche SAP roles in global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for SAP positions (permanent and contract) across functional and technical streams.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top SAP talent, particularly in S / 4HANA, RISE with SAP, and GROW with SAP programs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and project leaders to understand talent requirements and workforce planning.
• Screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates with detailed insights into SAP project experience.
• Manage & nurture candidate pipelines, maintain accurate ATS / CRM data, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Network with SAP community and execute innovative solutions to attract top SAP talent
• Negotiate compensation, offers, and contracts in alignment with client and organizational guidelines.
• Provide recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to leadership
• Stay updated on SAP industry trends, competitive intelligence, and talent market insights.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to building best practices for SAP hiring.
