At  Raasa Karts , we’re building India’s first  street food delivery platform  that brings your favourite food at  the same price as offline  — with no hidden charges and no commissions for sellers.

We’re looking for a  Customer Care Executive  who can help us ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and vendors.

Responsibilities Handle customer and vendor queries via  calls, WhatsApp, and chat .

Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for issue resolution.

Maintain service records, update CRM, and ensure timely responses.

Help build customer trust with empathy, accuracy, and clear communication.

Requirements Excellent  Hindi and English  communication skills.

Confident in using WhatsApp Web, Excel, and basic computer tools.

Previous experience in  customer support / food delivery / e-commerce  preferred.

Must be proactive, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
