Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Insurance domain to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business objectives and technical executionanalyzing business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet client expectations.

Key Gather and analyze business requirements through user sessions and stakeholder interactions.

Conduct GAP analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired functionality.

Prepare documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and System Requirement Specifications (SRS) for client sign-off.

Develop functional specifications for the development and QA teams.

Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.

Required Experience & 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain (Life, Health, General, or P&C Insurance).

Strong understanding of insurance business processes, policy administration, claims, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Master's or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
