Job Description : Provide technical leadership in the design, deployment, and maintenance of Mizuho IT Infrastructure.

The role involves hands-on engineering, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of infrastructure projects to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve performance and reduce costs
• Lead infrastructure projects across networking, servers, storage, and cloud
• Serve as the SME for Windows / Linux environments, virtualization, and backup / recovery systems
• Provide mentorship to infrastructure engineers and support teams.
• Ensure high availability of core infrastructure services including compute, storage, and network.
• Define and enforce configuration standards, patching cycles, and disaster recovery strategies
• Oversee incident and problem resolution for infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with application, security, and network teams on integrated solutions
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory standards and audit controls
• Plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure upgrades and migration initiatives
