Job descriptionCA or Master's in Finance / Accounting with 1–2 years' experience Strong MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and PowerPoint skills Good understanding of EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF compliance Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Role Responsibilities :
- Conduct tax due diligence for M&A, investments, and business transactions
- Research tax laws and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and labor laws
- Prepare accurate tax documentation and analytical reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tax issues
