AtkinsRéalis Business is hiring an experienced “Designer to Lead Designer - BIM / Revit MEP” for our GTC India delivery team. This person will be carrying out a mix of functions that span from internal process improvements to supporting project delivery. The successful candidate should be a people, process, tool (in that order) focused individual whose job it will be to ensure our project delivery teams adhere to common standards and the latest design delivery techniques. The candidate will also actively support project teams on proposal and project delivery tasks.

Responsibilities :

• MEP BIM led experience working on multi-D projects.
• Should have in-depth knowledge on MEP systems and how its constructed in site.
• Should have in-depth knowledge on all the latest CDE's.
• Should have in-depth knowledge on ISO19650.
• To collaborate with Designers, BIM leads, Planners to ensure alignment and quality BIM models.
• Develop documentation required to support the implementation and progression of 3D & 4D BIM.
• Promote the Digital Rehearsal process.
• Confident in presenting to a wide range of stakeholders including Site Teams, Supplier, Client.
• Excellent and passionate communicator.
• Train, develop and support others in the use of best practises and latest technologies.
• Work closely with the Designers and BIM teams and Planners to ensure 3D model and plans are adequately developed to facilitate optimal 3D,4D&5D modelling.
• Be familiar with other methods of visualization; Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality.
• Leadership skills - deliver and lead a team through digital rehearsal.
• Preparation and presentation of progress for discussion at meetings.
• Should be well versed with Revit MEP & AutoCAD and able to mentor team.
