Analyze business requirements and provide solutions to improve financial processes using SAP. Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to align with business needs. Manage financial data, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, asset accounting, and controlling activities.
Responsibilities
- Providing information and reports to meet audit requirements
- Promoting and implementing best practice within area of responsibility and the SAP Team
- Analyze and develop requirements for enhancements to existing systems
- Be part of FBM (Finance Business Management) international team of SAP Experts located in Prague and globally
- Be responsible for Plants creation processes and FBM-related activities
- Participate to production support of already live markets
- Document functional specification, design specifications and development request
- Work in a matrix environment coordinating with outsourced support vendors in an onsite / offshore environment
- Coordinate and work closely with other work streams
- Complete other duties as needed or assigned, as individual contributor or part of the team
Qualifications
Lead a team of internal and external SAP FICO Analysts and the functional design for global projects BAU and SupportSAP Certification an advantageMinimum of 7 years' experience as a SAP FICO professional and at least 2 years as a team leadEnergy, enthusiasm and drive to make things happenThe ability to motivate others, making it fun while getting the job doneThorough understanding of SAP FI and COSkills Required
