Job description
  • A leading Shipping company into handling Dry Liquid Bulk, break bulk activities is looking for Head of finance.
  • The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant.
  • He should have experience in Agency handling break bulk activities or in Logistic industry.
  • He will be responsible for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, treasury activities, statutory compliances etc.
  • He is also responsible for handling PDA / FDA, inward Outward remittances.
  • He should be able to lead the team.
  • He should be able to deal with Banks and Financial institutions.
  • He should have depth knowledge in direct / indirect tax, Transfer pricing, FEMA, DTAA and Freight tax.

    • Skills Required
