About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. This critical role will enable business leaders to make strategic decisions and drive performance across products and services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and create long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior finance leadership in all financial matters including month-end close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Partner with business units to provide commercial and financial decision support while challenging profitability to drive performance.
- Create and monitor investment business cases, track cost savings, and support third-party contract renewals.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packs to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with divisional finance teams and operational managers to drive performance improvement and value creation.
- Ensure compliance with group standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes and policies.
