Key Responsibility

Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

Client Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs.

Sales Presentations & Pitches – Present products or services effectively to prospective clients and address their queries.

Negotiation & Closing – Handle pricing discussions, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to achieve targets.

Sales Reporting – Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; track progress against targets.

Market Research – Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.

Collaboration with Teams – Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Customer Follow-ups – Regularly follow up with clients for payments, feedback, and repeat business.

Target Achievement – Work towards meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.

Educational Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)

Freshers or experienced candidates with a strong interest in sales and business development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to understand customer needs and build relationships

Target-driven with a positive and persuasive attitude

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage
