Introlligent - Quality Assurance Architect - Automation Testing

Brief Description :

We are seeking a senior QA Architect with hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of automation best practices, be capable of driving testing strategy, and have worked extensively with Selenium, Playwright, REST API tools, and Mobile Automation. Experience with AI in testing, including AI / ML-based automation approaches, and mentoring teams is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Architect, design, and maintain automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile platforms (Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured, Appium).
• Define automation strategies and roadmaps, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business needs.
• Integrate GenAI / AI-powered capabilities into test automation (e.g., AI-driven test case generation, script optimization, automated defect analysis, and intelligent test data creation).
• Evaluate and recommend AI-based testing tools and frameworks to modernize automation practices.
• Embed automation within CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ensuring smooth DevOps integration.
• Mentor and guide QA engineers in automation best practices, coding standards, and effective use of AI assisted tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to align automation coverage with release goals.
• Introduce self-healing automation approaches and AI-based monitoring to reduce flaky tests and improve reliability.
• Perform technical reviews of frameworks, scripts, and test strategies to maintain high-quality standards.
• Leverage AI-based insights to prioritize tests, predict defect-prone areas, and optimize regression suites.
• Drive adoption of GenAI / AI-assisted testing across teams and projects, acting as a thought leader for

intelligent automation.
