We are hiring Customer Service Experts for our Airline client.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Industry Worked in : Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA, BPO

Location : Gurgaon (Gurugram)

Job Requirement :

Excellent communication Skills in English is a pre-requisite

Ability to communicate effectively with customers on either a call or email or chat or a combination

Confident, Energetic & Assertive while conversing

Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

GDS – Hands on experience in Amadeus or Galileo will be an added advantage

Ability to handle complex situations

Should be flexible to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation with rotational week-offs as per process requirements

Prior work experience in Customer Service or Reservations in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA or in a BPO, will be helpful
