Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled and dependable VIP Support Engineer to provide premium, end-to-end technical support to the leadership and senior management teams.
The role requires strong expertise across Apple and Windows environments, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary IT contact for leadership and high-priority users, providing prompt and high-quality technical assistance.
- Deliver comprehensive Apple ecosystem support macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Apple Watch, including device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide Windows and cross-platform support, ensuring seamless integration between devices and enterprise systems.
- Ensure security and integrity of end-user devices, including configuration hardening, data protection, access controls, and compliance with corporate IT policies.
- Ensure reliable and secure network connectivity by managing and coordinating :
- Internet Leased Lines (ILL), MPLS links, Routers, L3 / L2 Switches, PoE Switches, Access Points, and Firewalls.
- Support audio-visual and conferencing systems, ensuring smooth meeting experiences for senior users.
- Work closely with network, infrastructure, and security teams for escalations, proactive monitoring, and project implementations.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management using platforms like ServiceNow or Salesforce.
- Support hardware refreshes, software upgrades, and IT asset lifecycle management.
- Provide remote and onsite support for users across India and international locations when required.
- Be available for after-hours or weekend support in case of critical issues or priority tasks.
Required Skills & Experience :
10+ years of IT support experience with at least 5 years in VIP or Executive Support roles.In-depth knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Windows operating systems and cross-platform environments.Good understanding of enterprise networks, including ILL / MPLS links, switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.Familiarity with Active Directory, O365, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.Proficient in remote support tools such as TeamViewer, or AnyDesk.Excellent communication, discretion, and professionalism while interacting with senior stakeholders.Preferred certifications : Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT)Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting CXO-level or senior management users in large organisations.Strong understanding of LAN / WAN architecture, VLANs, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.Proactive and resourceful in diagnosing issues and ensuring minimal downtime.(ref : hirist.tech)
