Role - AR Caller - Hospital Process Position - Billing & Denial Management

Experience - 1 to 3 years only

Work Location - Hyderabad

Required Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days only

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AR Caller to join our Hospital Billing and Denial Management team.

Key Responsibilities :

Follow up with insurance payers via calls or emails to check claim status.

Review and resolve denied or delayed claims efficiently.

Update billing system with accurate claim status and actions taken.

Collaborate with internal teams to correct claim errors and resubmit as needed.

Maintain daily call logs, productivity, and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company data security policies.

Required Skills :

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

Strong understanding of medical billing and denial management processes.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
