Ar Caller / US healthcare

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AR Caller to join our US Healthcare process. The candidate will be responsible for following up on insurance claims to ensure timely payments, identifying and resolving denials, and maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities :

Follow up with insurance companies on pending claims.

Analyze and resolve payment issues, rejections, and denials.

Review EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and take appropriate actions.

Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.

Document all actions taken in the billing system.

Maintain performance targets on call quality, productivity, and TAT.

Communicate effectively with insurance representatives and internal teams.

Escalate unresolved claims to the team lead or supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 6 months to 8 years in AR calling / RCM process (US Healthcare).

Education : Any graduate (preferably in Life Sciences, Commerce, or related fields).

• Knowledge : Understanding of US healthcare terminology, billing, insurance, and denial management
