Job Title : Technical Support – Voice Process

Work Location : Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai –

Experience Required : Minimum 1 year in Technical Voice Support (International Voice Process preferred)

Educational Qualification : Any Bachelor’s Degree

Roles and Responsibilities :

Assist US-based customers over voice calls

Handle multiple calls efficiently

Resolve technical issues related to networking and devices

Should be flexible to work in rotational night shifts

Required & Desired Skills :

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Basic knowledge of : Routers / Modems

IP Addressing

Basic Troubleshooting techniques

Prior experience with handling US voice support calls
