About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage daily warehouse coordination, inventory records, and last-mile delivery operations to eCommerce and Q-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has experience managing stock across multiple platforms and ensuring timely dispatches within the city and across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory across warehouses, including B2B and online order flows.
• Coordinate dispatches to Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, Blinkit, Amazon, and D2C orders.
• Monitor stock movement, GRNs, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time, in-full performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across internal systems and reconcile discrepancies with warehouses.
• Collaborate with sales and eCom teams for stock planning and availability.
• Follow up with logistics partners, handle escalations, and maintain daily logs of dispatches.
