Brand & Retail Operations Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual (0-3 years of experience) to join our retail team. This role offers exposure to multiple aspects of retail business - from brand management to operations, making it ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn and grow in retail. You will support our Korean beauty brand portfolio across various retail channels while handling both strategic and operational tasks.

What You'll Actually Do :

Brand & Channel Management :

• Support management of our brands across retail partners (modern trade, e-commerce, quick commerce)
• Learn end-to-end retail channel operations
• Assist in promotional planning and execution
• Monitor brand performance and market trends
• Help maintain brand consistency across channels
