Program Manager

This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a Program Manager who will hold P&L responsibility with a multi-channel focus. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability across platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Amazon, and through influencer networks. You will lead the development and execution of advertising strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering consumer-centric approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L Management : Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) for designated product lines across multiple channels, developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Analyze financial performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy : Lead the development of comprehensive multi-channel strategies encompassing TikTok, Facebook, Amazon, and influencer networks. Identify growth opportunities, implement tactics to expand market presence and sales, and monitor channel performance to adapt strategies.
  • Advertising and Promotions : Create and oversee the implementation of advertising campaigns tailored to each channel, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and consumer preferences. Collaborate with internal and external partners on compelling ad creatives and messaging, continuously optimizing performance through testing and segmentation.
  • Consumer-Centric Approach : Maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and trends across channels. Champion a consumer-first mindset in product development, marketing, and customer engagement, using insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Finance to align strategies and execution plans. Effectively communicate performance updates, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Identify areas for process improvement, implement solutions to enhance efficiency, and demonstrate a relentless determination to experiment, iterate, and adapt strategies based on results.
