Senior Finance and Accounting Executive (06 / 10 / 2025)

As a Senior Finance and Accounting Executive, your roles and responsibilities include :

1. Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including journal entries and monthly book closures.

2. Handling invoice generation, tracking payments, managing vendor transactions, and ensuring timely processing of payables in accordance with payment terms.

3. Conducting ledger reconciliations, particularly for bank accounts, receivables, and payables, and overseeing monthly GSTR-2B reconciliation. Also, following up on GST filings by vendors and quarterly reconciliation of Form 26AS.

4. Ensuring prompt payment and filing of statutory dues such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and PT.

5. Compiling monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and presenting them to management within established timelines.

6. Coordinating with external auditors, addressing their queries, and providing necessary documentation as requested.

7. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the Income Tax Act and relevant provisions of the Companies Act pertaining to corporate entities.

8. Proficient in using accounting software including Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.

9. Undertaking any additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
