Experience : 2- 5 years

Location : Bangalore- Work from Office

Notice : Immediate to 15 days joiner

Skills :

• 2–5 years in business development, sales, or inside sales within engineering services or industrial tech
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into real opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers
• Solid understanding of North American sales culture, buying cycles, and lead qualification
• Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other outbound sales platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is mandatory (preferred : Electronics, Electrical, CS, or Mechanical preferred)
