Position ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionRole Purpose
Responsible for delivering planned sales income from new insurance sales / acquisition through all "On-field" distribution channels for Insurance business for the organization which currently includes Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health Insurance Card Protection Plan (CPP)Budgeting, planning forecasting for Insurance New Business.
Role Accountability
Responsible for driving the Insurance Conversion % for the channel. Ensure product wise targets are met for all different products at POS channel.
Ensure all locations card sales team deliver on their insurance sales targets. Monitoring Reporting card sales team performance. Presentation to senior management on periodic basis on process performance.
Drive continuous engagement with POS channel in a structured manner at all levels including the sales NFTE / BRE up to NSM level. Regular location visits, Insurance Updates, Periodic Conference Calls etc.
Refresher trainings are being provided to card sales team
Responsible for quality control compliance metrics for the channel - cancellations, complaints, quality score etc. to be monitored closely ensure all metrics stay within benchmark decided.
Help product team in periodic industry benchmarking of products, gather sales feedbacks, analyse create new opportunities for sales / new products.
Partner Management : Liaison with Insurance partners to ensure their engagement with card sales team.
Measures of Success (Define the Outcomes expected of the role) Insurance POS Channel Income Sales numbers against plan numbers for new business. Deliver for plan on Insurance Signature % Net Conversion % for card POS channel. Meet all Quality control Compliance metrics benchmarks.
