Senior ETL Developer - Data Warehousing Solutions

About the Role :

We are seeking talented ETL Developers and Sr. Developers to design, build, and optimize data warehouse and ETL solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-performance, scalable, and reliable data pipelines supporting enterprise analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data warehouse solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical design and optimized ETL workflows.
• Build data pipelines, transformations, and integrations across multiple source systems.
• Perform performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of ETL jobs and SQL queries.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across the warehouse environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and test results.
• Support production ETL processes, handle incident resolution, and perform root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior team members (for Sr. Developer role) and contribute to best practices in ETL Skills & Qualifications :
• 4- 10 years of experience in ETL / Data Warehouse development.
• Strong expertise in ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, Talend, Ab Initio, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and performance tuning.
• Experience working with data warehouse architectures, dimensional modeling, and star / snowflake

schemas.
