Proven record of launching products and building premium brands. Excellent storytelling, design sensibility, and digital-first mindset. Hands-on, creative, analytical, and comfortable working directly with founders. Lead the brand vision of a next-generation intelligent living company . Shape marketing from ground up — brand, digital, PR, events, and product communication. Work with visionary founders and cutting-edge technology built in India for the world.

Role Overview
The Head – Marketing & Communications will own Advaint’s brand, marketing, and communication strategy — from positioning and go-to-market launches to digital engagement and partner marketing. A blend of strategic storytelling and hands-on execution , this role is ideal for a senior marketing leader from tech, real-estate-tech, or IoT sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Advaint Brand & Communication Strategy across B2B and B2C segments.
- Lead product launches with integrated ATL / BTL / Digital / PR campaigns.
- Build a digital marketing ecosystem — website, social, performance, and analytics.
- Drive content creation — brochures, videos, success stories, PR, and internal communication.
- Manage creative, media, and digital agencies; track campaign ROI.
- Develop partner marketing programs with developers, integrators, and architects.
- Build and mentor a small in-house brand & content team.
