Job description

Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.

Experience : Relevant experience in quality control within a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities :

Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards across production processes.

Conduct online checking and inspection of products to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Utilize CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to address and prevent quality issues.

Develop and monitor control plans to maintain consistent product quality.

Apply Pokayoke (error-proofing) techniques to minimize defects and improve process reliability.

Prepare quality reports and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Requirements : Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
