Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and evaluate admission counselling calls for quality, accuracy, and adherence to communication guidelines.
• Identify gaps in product knowledge, tone, and compliance , providing actionable feedback and training recommendations.
• Maintain call audit reports and track quality trends over time.
• Collaborate with team leads to improve student interaction and conversion effectiveness .
• Contribute to developing and updating call scripts, quality checklists, and communication frameworks .
