YASH Technologies - OpenText Liaison Professional - EDI

We are looking forward to hire OpenText Liaison Professionals in the following areas :

Responsibilities :

• Configure, map, and manage systems for EDI-based transactions and processes.
• Maintain cross-reference tables and monitor files for delivery and receipt.
• Monitor and Troubleshoot EDI transactions and workflows, identifying and analysing exception errors.
• Perform new partner setups and maintenance, including testing and validation, ensuring alignment with requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in transitioning / upgrading EDI systems to next generation / version environments.
• Develop and maintain EDI process documentation and implement vendor-supplied EDI patches.
• Troubleshoot EDI transactions and technical issues independently. Set up channels, event rules, schedules, and generate reports in ECS.
• Work cross functionally with Integration and external teams to ensure successful EDI integration.
• Provide support to customer account team during Go-live. Provide support as necessary to Business Development Team.
